i just did a bit of digging on the mini :L

what panels should i get?

Outer sill, door step, A post, flitch panel and on the rear quarter either a full quarter panel or the lower repair section.

I would bite the bullet and get the Heritage A post and door step combo. You may also need the inner part of the A post as well.

Outer sill, door step, A post, flitch panel and on the rear quarter either a full quarter panel or the lower repair section.

this will be the first time ive welded,
should i weld a brace bar in?

 

and what should i start with?

do the all the other bits first and the the sill last?

A panel off then start with the flitch. This will let you then get on with the A post.

Put a brace across the door aperture for the door step.

Outer sill last. What you have got will give you a good start but you may need other bits for the A post.

Nice rot..... 998 turbo will feel slow with all that new metal weight ;D

i might cut a wing off to compensate 

be proper scene aswell #STANCELYFE!!!
