Hi, I'm looking at getting a CB for London to Brighton.
Seen some kits on eBay, complete kits for only £60.
Anyone know what they're like? Or recommend another?

These are two of the ones I was looking at.

Thanks
Ellie

It would be nice to have a 'TMF channel' for MITP for example, so forum members can chat ect. It's technically not illegal, as far as I know, because It's only one way. :shy:

I think my clue was more than generous, and the only one for, at the the very least, one hour.  :tumble:  ;D

Sorry, but I don't have a clue about CB radios. It would need to match my interior though. Loads of different colours in the same car drives me nuts, but that's coming from someone who bought a red air freshener to match my carpet and seat piping. :shy:

Out of the two you linked, i think the first one is quite alarming!! all that guff in red about how you have to change settings for it to work.

I like the sound of the second one and he has sold hundreds of them and they are ready for uk channels straight from the box.

Just a shame you can't see the feedback as they are all hidden. But they have them on Amazon and there is one customer review that says it's a good radio.....

Thanks guys, it was the second one I thought was better.
I'm not expecting anything fantastic, it's just for the drive up from Cornwall to London to Brighton and back.
Need a "handle" though now.
Thanks again boys.
