Hi all

i have not seen any threads about this so thought i would ask the question is anyone going? i am going on the sunday and getting my ticket on the gate. its cheaper if you turn up in a mini and you can park in the show. it looks like a good show, with loads of track action and trade stalls. i may be on the Essex Mini Club stand but not 100% sure yet.

for more into look on the following link

I would have done if it wasn't for the BINI's.

I wont be going to any more mini shows as they really ruin it for me.

I went last year but thought I had missed it this year.

I met a few people from this forum, turbo minis and the 16V club, I see it as a pretty cool occasion to meet up with people that are usually a fair few hours away.

If you are going there for trade stands then its probably not the event for you as said above, but if you fancy looking at some cool cars and watching some good racing its sure worth going to. Last year two mk1's ended up on their roofs which was pretty cringe worthy.

I will be going again this year.

I must admit, last year wasn't as good as previous years.

I'm not going this year as we're going to a 70th birthday party

There were some pretty damn sweet Binis there last year. At the risk of being banned and cast into oblivion, I really like some of them.

Where abouts is the camping at Brands? Is there a Mini camping section? Completating either a full weekend with camping with the Mini, or just going for the sunday. - Loved the Oulton event last  year so want to try this!

I looked at the timetable and avoiding the MINI races.

I find the classic mini races far more exciting, they always seem to be right on the edge, or sometimes right off the edge
