Not to bad then. Don't think there are many decent second hand ones here floating about

 

The nice thing about being out here is smaller chance of rust on parts like the doors - especially inland cars.

Just interesting to see how untouched this car is - still has brass washers on the bonnet hinges :

Well, I decided to take the head off the 'S' motor today to see exactly what we have underneath. Looks to be a GTS head :

The bores are good and clean, no ridges. Also looks to be standard bore from the quick measurements we took :

And the gearbox, with laygear 22G927, so nothing fancy :

That's what I really like about this car. Can't wait to take the subframes off to see what I find.
