Nice looking project, you are a brave man to get your wife to give it a name with your other project on the go!. I don't think I would have been brave enough to draw it to my wife's attention. I have one finished and on the road, one currently a bare shell which I am currently welding in M-Machine half floors with outer sills (a right old fiddle, getting the fit good). Then my Mark 2 on hold in my Mum's garage. Good idea about the Heritage rear valance as I couldn't get Hadrian ones to fit and as they are all compound curves you can't bend them (they sat too proud in the middle on the bumper seam). Good luck with the mini though.

Sounds like a similar handful to myself. One on the road, this one being fixed up & a MK2 under restoration at the same time. I have the M-Machine half floors for the MK2. Would be interested to see how you have fitted them. This 92 shell is going to need 1/4 floors I'm thinking. So probably the same technique..! Good luck with yours.

I will have a look and see if can find some pics that might help you. the worst part to separate and refit by far was the rear companion bin, heal board and door pillar. I bought the half floors with the jacking points and outer sills already fitted due to the amount of corrosion on the original sills but it does make them hard to line up.
