Younger and overseas members are unlikely to have seen these tricycles, once a common sight on British roads, this Pathe video from 1960 shows an early Morris Mini-Minor adapted for a disabled driver at 2m.42s displayed at the Invalid Tricycle Association Rally at Hendon, London, although it was to be many years before all disabled drivers were offered proper safe cars to drive.....

"Various shots as Mr. and Mrs. Derek Walker-Smith (Minister of Health) meeting Chairman of the Invalid Tricycle Association, Lt. O. Denly. Various shots as Lt. Denly showing Mr. and Mrs. Walker-Smith disabled carriages and his own converted mini-car, in which he takes Mrs. Walker-Smith for a ride."
Date on Pathe dope sheet is 05/06/1960.
