My TMF+ has not renewed. I received an email a while ago starting it was about to expire but I thought it would renew automatically. Looks like the £5 hasn't been taken from my PayPal though. What do I do to renew please?

click your username and then click 'manage subscriptions'

You can purchase the subscription from there.

When I receive the subscription is about to expire email it takes another few days to actually expire.

Only then can I buy another subscription.

If you don't have the option to buy you might need to wait for it to expire too.

It does lag for some reason and usually a day. Something to do with the system. If you set up for auto renew then give it one day after the due date. If nothing happens then contact one of us ( Admin) to check.
