I think Wood & Pickett would have been the BMC Dealer where the car was first sold. It would have then gone to Radfords.
Judging by the twin carbs, which look like HS4's I would think this is a 1275, especially after seeing the wide flat behind the thermostat. I'd love to know the owner history behind this. I think Peter Sellers had a Radford Mini.

Carbs look like Hs2's to me says it's a 998
