Currently have rebuilt a 1312 with 266 cam and larger inlet/zorst valves also I have skimmed the head so I'm running 10 and half on the compression (that's what the guy told me who calculated it) can I supercharge or turbo it to make it more exciting? Or is the compression to high? Shall I just use it and enjoy it instead?

That's too high for a turbo setup. Depending on how much the head had been skimmed you might be able to open the chambers on the head and fit some turbo dished Pistons to bring it down to 8.5-9:1.
