I think the owner of the featured car has been in touch with you.
For anyone else it was in the June 2015 issue.

It's a shame when people just let cars rot there won't be much left soon

I guess so, I'm really disappointed... I hadn't really thought about them saying no, just figured if they could be contacted somehow all that would need sorting would be bringing it back to the uk :'(
Try to keep tabs on it via your uncle and make sure they all have your up to date contact details and are aware of your interest in it.......they may change their mind about selling at some point, it does sometimes happen that way when circumstances change or people have to move house, etc. It will be a shame for such a rare car to be left to rot but at least the local climate should give it more of a chance than if it was left outside in the UK!

Good luck to you.
I suspect if someone is unwilling to sell something like that, there are either a hoarder, and don't like to let anything go (which from the surrounding area doesn't appear to be the case as there aren't loads of other bits all around it, or it has sentimental value. Trying to get someone to part with something for sentimental value may be somewhat harder. Either that, or they might be planning on restoring it next year!
I hope it gets saved, and that we get to follow it. Whether that is out there in Spain or back in the UK by you. Either way, I think it is going to look considerably better once it has been cleaned up!
