Sounds familiar!! My mini project was approved by the boss in order to stop me changing my everyday car every 5 minutes! Didn't work.

I have been chipping away at the prep on this the past week or so and have now got to the primer stage.

Whilst it's all masked up, I may as well paint inside the boot.

Prep first

`Followed by a seal up and top coat

Just the front to flat down now and some basic prep and the car will be ready to topcoat.

Looking good Ben, as has previously been said it's a shame to put the boot lid back on and hide all the good work.

Just unmasked it and then the doors, bonnet and boot lid can go in and be painted.

I shall be putting it back together next week I expect

Interesting that you paint parts at different times.  I would be worried about being a different shade when you bolt it all together!!  It's coming together :gimme:
