people expecting you to know what they want.

eg,

what size hoses does a 1275 have?

i want some 30mm or 32mm spacers?

we dont have ESP yet so using a few more words might help you.

heater hose? top rad hose? etc

Wheel or carb spacers? (in this case i guess wheel and then would say WHY?)

rant over.

Product Designers!

As a mechanical engineer they are the bane of my life. They might be able to design something in a month but it usually takes 12 for us engineers to get it to work as designers often seam to forget about designing for manufacture or have made the worse possible shape for aerodynamics/strength but will not change it when you tell them.

Our design engineer (which are very different from product designers before anyone says anything) and my self are 8 months down the line on a project, about 11 iterations in and have spend a couple of grand on tooling for designs which have since been tested and failed, and we are still working on it.

Someone told the MD it would be done in a month.

Indicators, why have them, most other people on the road don't seem to have them fitted to their cars.

Around these parts, I find that while just about every car has them, they must be broken as I don't see them come on too often,,,,,

People who don't stop at a pedestrian crossing when the light is red. A red light means stop, not think about it and decide what to do.

When you find something you want and add a few bits to the order just to make up the amount and then find when you open the box the main thing you wanted has not been sent.
