Can someone recommend a torque reduction figure for fasteners lubricated with mineral oil or lithium grease? Please and thank you!

Torque figures for lubricated fasteners are in the order of 20-25% less than dry figures, but it does depend on the lubricant and the material of the fastener itself.

These are the big ends, mains and head fasteners initially, but obviously will apply to everything. These are the lubricants I have to hand (ooo err missus!) so maybe I could go with 20% for the oil and 25%for the lithium? These are used fasteners by the way.

Why do you want them lubed?

what do the fastener makers say?

and not all fastners should be lubed etc.

i with torque settings i suggest you ask very specific questions or things might get very expensive.
