Hi we have a 2006 mini fitted with Summer tyres 195/55/16. Am looking to buy some winter tyres and wheels and have seen some which were on a 2004 car of size 175/65/15. Will it be ok to fit these wheels and tyres please Thanks so much for anybody replying. Really kind

Nope those tyres won't fit. As one is a 16" wheel the other a 15".

The OP is talking about wheels AND tyres. This is standard wheel stuff, the rolling radius of those two will be about the same so its down to PCD and offset.

Ah yeah missed that!

A lot of modern cars have an option to select winter tyres in the options,I guess this recalibrates the speedo for a different tyre profile?
