The bumpers were starting to look a little worse for ware. Obviously when I purchased it had been tarted up a lot,
and a lot of back to black seemed to have been used on the trim and bumpers. It seems over the years the previous owners
loved to reverse into things and scrape brick walls.

The gouges and scrapes are especially bad on the corners of the bumpers, going quite deep in places.

After a sand. Still a little pitted in places but a lot better.

This is as much I dared to sand from the corners. Was thinking of using filler but I wasn't keen on the idea of re-shaping a bumper out of filler.

grey primed, then filler primer used in the problem areas to help build it up a little. in total 4 coats of primer were used.

I painted them gloss black, but being impatient I thought that I would get away without flatting back before top-coating.
HUGE mistake, so I had to flat them all back, and wasted a fair amount of paint.

You can see just how bumpy they were!

The bumpers received 2 final top coats of gloss black, and all they need now is a quick polish to remove some of the orange peel and overspray.

I'll get some pictures of them on the car in the next few days. I'm going to be putting them on the car tomorrow before I leave for work.
They're not perfect, but I think they're an improvement.

Front splitter painted up, just needs a little more of a polish.

The orange peel looks quite bad here but it polished up quite nicely, it just needs a little more work.

Fitted new lower ball joints, track rod ends, front discs, pads and lowering springs.

(You can't see the track rod or ball joint from this angle though)

Here's a comparison between the lowering springs and the stock ones. Bro snook that in there.

This is why the discs and pads were changed.

This is how it's currently sitting. Still need to fit the rear springs. Unfortunately the weather was awful,
we did most of the job in the pouring rain.

(Edit: Also has the tracking done)

Also picked these up for a good price. Only took this 1 photo, but I've got 5  wheels in total. They have terrible curb rash so they're currently
having the lips re-cut and being painted by Pristine wheels. I'll get some photos of them when they're back.
