Are you just trying to make it look clean, or are you changing the colour of it...?

I did our estate one with Plastikote satin white spray, because it was filthy, and had purple overspray on it from a previous owner.... Looks like new now. I dusted it over about 5 times, using about 5 cans of paint... Try to avoid the shiny stuff as it would look a bit naff if it was glossy.

yeah i left it in place. took me an hour at least to mask it up but was worth it. really hurts the knees and thighs being in a small space for ages! oh, take seats and carpet out too, wear goggles and a mask! it sags from the moisture after its done but it's gone tight again now and no exageration when i say it looks like new
