found this one, pretty simple design, just keeping it there would need some thinking
 

Way easier to do on the clubman as the Bonnet overhangs the slam panel. And in this case it is a steel one and not a single skin fibreglass one.

Pointless in my book would rarther have easy life than hard so I'd either do bonnets pins or extended hinges or go full whack with a carbon flip front
