Terrible sound (very windy) and the phone quality isn't great, but you get the idea and was great to see a Mini out on such a huge event, enjoy.......

 

 

 

 

 

And next up is the in car from the same stage (not filmed by me or on my phone luckily!!!!).........

They managed to repair to overnight and get him back out though.

Everyone likes to see the Minis out.

Looked pretty chaotic in the cockpit & I can quite believe that jump did that damage. Well done to all concerned.

Superb. The car must be pretty strong, because it took some serious abuse in there. Read a bit in the HRCR newsletter about the chap who I think came second in class in an Escort and he said some of the stages were the roughest he has ever done.

Sounds like the crew enjoyed it though, which is what it is all about and I think they won their class?

Interesting to see the two vids, external shots look relatively calm. But inside really shows what a pounding the car takes.

 

Great to see a proper Mini rallying, very much not a Mini friendly stage though
