Been too'ing ad fro'ing with the organisers

 

they have given me the following dates to look at. I would personally prefer the 3rd July as it is summer and we can get the best turn out in my opinion

 

Let me know your thoughts

 

3^rd July

18^th September

29^th October

19^th November

3rd I think would be the best for weather and turn out.

Ps Mini World Action Day is the day before the September date.

As above, I would turn up to watch because I too only live around corner from the track. Should be a good event

No preference on date, will hopefully be able to sort a couple of nice cars.

Any idea what day the sun will be shining in Wigan?

Would it be like a track day with an up front fee and then as many laps as you have the fuel for?

 

....or would it be more like shows held at circuits, where you can buy the odd lap??

 

 

Also an idea of cost might be good too.

Can anyone forsee the 3rd july clashing with any other large events in the North West?

 

'To take their car onto the circuit they just need to have current MOT and licence on the day, yes they need to wear helmets which can also be hired on the day. Roll cages not an essential as it set up for road cars and not drifters. If some don’t want to go onto track we can set up display area for these'

I also live 5 minutes from the track too, and threw my Mini round there on the 20th December :)

I agree, brilliant idea! Would be good to have another show up north.

At the moment the current Three Sisters Track Attack prices are like this:
Gate entry for car & Driver: £5.00
Passengers in car gate entry: £1.00
£3.00 if you park outside and walk in
10 laps on track: £20.00,
£5.00 for a passenger (only 1 in car at once)
Helmet hire is available on the day if you dont have your own.

These days are set up all groups to get together and get their road legal cars out on the circuit.

Since found out that the 3rd of july clashes with another mini event in Carnforth... So i think the dates might need to reviewed

The ones later on in the year could work for me, i might actually have mine finished by then!
