Way too many of them, decent security is needed on all of our cars.

Here some more detailed info about the car.

It has a 1293 engine. The shell has some distinctive modifications, including polycarbonate side windows, both doors have their innards cut out of them.

It has a 2 clock wooden dashboard with other gauges in the dash. The bonnet is fibreglass and held on with hinges and bonnet pins. 10x6 minilites with drum brakes all round.

The car itself is Willow Green. It had a loud 3" side exit exhaust as well.

Last seen 9:30am on New Year's Eve so was taken some time between 9:30am and 1pm from my friends driveway in Caversham park, Reading.

Please keep your eyes out for it! Let me know if you have any information and I will pass it on!

UPDATE: found this morning!

Glad it's been found and only the wheels missing. Are they going to try and get finger prints from it?

Yep at least it doesn't look like they have kicked all the panels in or anything, I'd still shoot them for taking it but I'd at least make it a quick painless death rather than a slow painful one I'd have given them for torching it!

So glad that at least one has shown up relatively safe (bar the missing wheels).  Good news.

Blimey that's a lucky. Bet you are relieved! As said above good thing they didn't kick it in and smash all the windows! Or worse set fire to it. Let's hope they haven't killed the gearbox or engine whilst pretending to be Paddy Hopkirk
