hi guys I just bought a mini pick up that looked ok on ebay.body looked good I guess. but the guy has pretty much ruined the body. Fibreglass to repair doors and sills. Not happy but have a few grand kicking around to sort this. One big problem ive come across is that its a 78 shell from the bulk head back but from there forward its newer and weird. i took the dash out striped the interior and found it has check straps in the bulkhead!!! Weird and scary too. Think its a cut and shut bodge? I have picks ill post if any one is interested. But basically its a full rebuild.

Many reason I'm posting and not working is i need someone who has skills to do body work like rear side panels. Inner and outer wings and such. I'm far to unskilled and to be honest s**t scared to take a grinder to it. I may make it worse. Is there anyone near Worcester who could help me or even someone on here who could point me in the right direction of some one trustworthy and reliable. Don't want to be ripped off and my budget is tight.

Also i have a 1000cc auto engine i want to get rid of and replace with a 1275cc.

Thanks for reading this and any comments/advice received please leave below.

Doors are different sizes so sounds Odd! Might be best to buy a welder or spend some cash on a welding course at local college... then can help others....

Would always say try local mini club....
