I'm starting to sway more towards the full panel, as the more I look at it. As I'm not happy with losing the panel seam at the end of the door step and the replacement quarter section (even if I chopped it off to make it a separate panel) doesn't quite go high enough to remove all the rot.
Still that shinny panel above only cost me a whole £2, and the doorstep part seams to be a better match/fit than the separate doorstep panel. I'll just have to add a quarter panel to the list.
Although it's not like I'm sort of work, I still have the bonnet lip to repair, rear valance (looks fine), boot lip (starting/gone in a few places) and closing panels (just starting to go) and the roof to sand and prep.
