Wheels?

I’m getting to a point where I will need a set of wheels.  I’ve seen a few threads where tyres are mentioned but nothing very much about wheel options.  I did see a thread where the wheel has to be sized to clear the brakes if you have the big brake option as I have.

 

Can anyone tell me what Z Cars would have supplied – size and make, if they were still in business and any other information please regarding other choices that will fit over the big brakes.  I’ve not purchased the arches yet so I’m not locked in so to speak…

They will make you a set of wheels to your needs

When i spoke to them they have made a few sets of wheels for z cars with the big break option

I just ordered a set of minilite original from http://www.hamiltonclassic.co.uk as wanted to keep the car originals. For reference they were 13 x 9 with -17 offset.
Minilite 13 x 7 also fit over the big brake kit

Luigi33 what type of tyres and size tyre are you using to fit those 13x9 wheels?

I went for 215 55 13 on rear but on reflection there is Toyo 225 45 13 which would have had smaller radius
