I bought a part a while back and it never appeared l. Turns out he seller had sent it with a completely different post code. Since then I have been reguarly trying to contact him to arrange a refund but he will not reply. What do I do.

If you paid via PayPal gift, you will have no buyers protection. I was stung a few years ago and vowed that I will never use PayPal gift if buying anything online, I'd rather have the reassurance/insurance of the buyers protection that only costs a little more.

 

If you paid via PayPal (normally where the buyer would have fees removed from the amount which he/she would have received) then you would have buyer protection. Get in touch with PayPal.

 

Likewise, if you paid via a bank transfer you would have no protection.

He had been online recently. I've just raised a dispute hadn't thought of doing it!
