I researched this for a while. It does fit, definately in a clubman, not 100% if it'll go into a standard round nose. It's a very tall engine apparently.
As said above, the necessary ECU is very expensive, but I got scared off by the bespoke parts if have to make/buy and supercharged the a series instead for mine.
Would still love to do this one day though. 100ps is only a starting point. They do 100, 125 and 145 versions, and over 200 with a few tweaks for the Formula Ford single seaters!

I saw one in a round nose in a mini world late last year.It was a 1.4 Ecoboost and somehow he got the engine, radiator and intercooler in the engine bay!

Here's the link to the Gildred people that Magneto mentioned: https://www.supercoopers.com/classic
They say that one of their options is:
"2016-19 ECOBOOST 1.0 TURBO - 130-175HP Front mounted Ecoboost turbo engine
The latest from Ford features a turbocharged direct injection (GTDI) engine that incorporates three fuel-saving, performance-enhancing technologies into one engine design—forced air induction via turbocharging, high-pressure direct fuel injection and variable cam timing make this a wonderful addition to the lineup. Like new motors available at reduced rates."
And they are definitely fitting them into round noses.
