Hello all!

It sounds to me that Rivi will be quiet this year due to the IMM....how many of you are actually going?

Henrietta is still laid up in the garage and need some infpiration to get her finished and back on the road. Im considering going in my Aygo and picking up some parts whilst Im there. It wouldnt be the first time Ive done Rivi alone, but it seems again that none of my friends are actually going!

Wow! You're ride has come a long way since I saw it last! it looks great!

It's got worse and worse over the past few years but we still kept going back, even after finding a decent camp site. But it's got to the point it's not worth going!

oh yeah, its dead there. You make of it what you will though. Take a group of mates, have fun at the coast on a bank holiday weekend. Then have a look at a few minis for an hour or two on the sunday.

I'll be there with the cornish mini club. 

 

"On the 29th April the unofficial Riviera Run will be making its way down the M5 & A30. 1st meet up point is at Gordano services just south of Bristol at 10am then onto Taunton Deane services from 12pm then finally Exeter services at 1pm where we will be joined by the Cornish Mini Club & head to Cornwall Services for a final pit stop where the Cornish Mini Club will take the lead & take us into the Newquay view resort via the scenic route for a weekend of mini madness including runs to a cider farm the main Riviera run & finally a fish & chip run, not to mention a static show, auto test & fancy dress competition"

 

"The event is from the 29th April until 2nd may.. friday is the unofficial cruise fron Exeter down to the venue @1.00pm.. Saturday there's a trip out to a cider farm and mini cruise to be back in time for the evening entertainment including fancy dress.. sunday is the main event show and shine entry from 08.00am and public from 10.00 am theres auto test you can have a go at if you wish. The main cruise will start about 4.00 pm 
Monday is the fish and chip run leaving the venue at 2.30pm"

 

"Minis R Us have agreed to come to the show again this year to provide the show with a wide range of parts and accessories for sale and are offering to bring down any new body panels on a preorder basis so you won't have to pay to have these heavy items posted as you can simply pick them up from the team at the show. 

All body panels will need to be preordered as they will not be bringing the full panels range with them this year so they can focus on parts and accessories and provide a full range and display this year. None of my friends are going this year round. If the site has shrunk as much as you say it has. I need to decide whether there is enough there to occupy me on my own

i am going, first time we will have been, think there is 4 or 5 minis going down in total.
