Wow, that was one of the best things I've read - period. I've always wanted to do something like that but I live in the U.S. and we dont have any routes near as epic as that. Thank you so much for sharing, it's very inspirational!

Wow great story. I want to do a trip like that, but need to persuade someone to come with me!
Couldn't help but notice in one of the pictures, the speedo is in MPH, I would've expected an Irish Mini to be in KPH?

"Going down the southern side was like going down into a Wellington boot" Not sure what that means but it sounds fun! That was really enjoyable Vincie, thanks for putting it together for us to read.

Mini Manannán, you must live on Oileán Mhannain. I was there once.
We went down a steep and twisty road with what you could only describe as a vertical wall to either side. Here's Maggie at the bottom. We had to walk away and wait for the smell of the over-heated brake pads to cool down - the smell was terrible.

Awesome! Some days in the saddle and many hours pulling that together. Very nice, professional appearance.
Really enjoyed that

Indeed I do Vincie, or Ellan Vannin as we say here. Still sounds like fab trip, must work on something like it myself.
