Hi there,

I am looking for some new seats for my 1998 MPI cooper and was wondering if any of you guys new a good place to buy some seats. I would like black seats (not necessarily leather) with blue piping and I am on a budget so the cheaper the better!

Hmm ok thanks, is £550 about right for a full interior set? Seems a bit high too me...

I don't think you'll find anywhere cheaper. I'm sure the other guys on the forum will say that. These are Cobra seats, not the cheap aftermarket ones.

 

You don't have to get the full interior though, you can just get the front seats if you feel.

You don't have to get the full interior though, you can just get the front seats if you feel. 

 

Ok thanks, I think i need to go full interior as currently they're the old white with black accent seats, I assume it's not even worth considering the cheap aftermarket ones?

I have only seen pictures on the Internet, but the stitching and material folds do not seem as good. Although the prices are good, but that's probably why.

I paid £600 for my interior and I could not be happier. Everyone has told me that's not a bad price either, and I went for the more expensive seats!
