12, me and a mate swapped a cb (sidebander) for a reliant regal, the guy was storing it up my mates moms farm and had to get it moved, had no where to take it so we did a deal, we were obviously allowed to keep it there, how we didnt kill ourselves I dont know.

We had some thinks back in the day, first bike was a jawa peddle and go and from then on plenty of c90s and 50cc dirt bikes like the er50 and dts.

The 1st car I drove (not on a public road) was a 1961 minivan that had been given to me by my cousin which I sold on for £30, the first car that I drove after passing my test was my dads Vauxhall Viva HA which took a hell of a thrashing from me unbeknown to my Dad.

1976 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, with a flunky Quadratrac system.

Selling this was my singular vehicular regret in life.

Villiers go-kart when I was about 5 or 6.  Seemed to be made out of scaffold poles and had forklift truck tyres on it.  I needed to have a cushion made up so I could sit further forward and reach the steering wheel and peddles.

Ford Popular E93A "sit up and beg" style but up and down driveway. On road: Ford Anglia 1200cc. First own car: Austin A35 2-door saloon ... still own it many, many years later although it hasn't seen daylight since 70s.

First time behind the wheel and passed my test in a 1977 Mk2 Escort, actually learned to drive in a N reg Transit 35cwt Luton van (not driven anything since that had a better gearbox) First car was a new 1981 Mini 1000HL (OOC 109X)

Would love an A35 van the old man had a couple, just love them can still see him outside the front of the house on a cold winters morning trying to get it going with the old cranking handle.

My first was a Datsun 100A. Awful car but quicker than the bus or a bike!

First car I drove was my mates 1991 Mini Neon. It was only in the car park of the local park.

First car I drove properly on the roads was the driving instructors Ford Focus.

First drive on my own was my Peugeot 309.
