Cheers Iain, love the look of your old one. Been toying with the oval centre binnacle idea, think you may have just made my mind up for me :D

Broadspeed-dash_tn.jpg

Broadspeed Dashboard
As fitted to Broadspeed Minis from the 1960's. Exact reproduction from the original. For the more observant out there, the graining on the material is correct too.
Made with a larger lip to be cut to size, all you require is the chrome bezel off your original binnacle, and speed mounting brackets.
Dash takes standard clocks and an 80mm hole for the "smiths" taco. Designed to fit MK1 but can easily modified to fit in MK2/3 or 4 mini.
£100.00 (plus P&P)

A retro style centre binnacle is the only way to do it!

Mine, wanted something a little different. Made from 70's pub coasters collected by my mum during her youth. All painstakingly cut and slotted together, followed by 2 coats of PVA and then 3 coats of high gloss varnish. Don't have a pick of the whole thing but I'm pretty pleased with it! It has holes for speakers at each end too, and I also made a matching parcell shelf.

This is AWESOME!!  I want to do something along these lines, but for my business.  I am glad to see that it can be done!  Thanks for the pic.  Do you by chance have one of it installed?
