I can only see the spi/MPi section .. Is it me?

If you mean when you click "view new content" have look to see what's set in the filter controls panel down the left side.

Looks like there is some confusion with the mobile theme.

 

I can't get any other subsection  to show in the header, but you're actually still in the parent P,Q & T forum (look at the pinned topics) so that's where  a new topic will be placed.

no it's me being confused it's working as intended .. there are 2 sections, one is the main one (the heading) and there is an SPI/MPI sub-section
