unlikely.
but most things can be made to fit if you have some tools.
but I would not start with one for a T4 as they would be a bit too big,
to sum up what are you actually looking at? and why not get one that has been made to fit a mini?

Many of the old style gutter mount roof racks fit, including those for Morris Minors......also this one from a classic Volvo:-

Wow they are some old picture of my car.
As said any roof rack made for gutters with adjustable length legs should work
