Imp wheels must not be used on a Mini, Dunlop (maker of the wheels) issued a safety notice about this some thirty years ago.

I think Imp steel wheels had slightly more offset and bigger stud holes than Mini steels but had the same 4" pcd. Some who used Imp wheels years ago, before Minis had 12" wheels as standard, made up special wheel nuts from bigger hex bar with a taper to match the Imp wheel stud holes. I am guessing it was those who just used standard Mini wheel nuts who caused the safety notice to be issued by Dunlop?

Never knew that, I'll check on the stud hole sizes.

I've seen them used on minis before now and these came off a car I broke.

Tomorrow I will take a picture of the dish vs a 4.5 rim and then I will expect an apology....

As you can clearly see, they are wider.

I await your apology...

Can tell they are imp wheels as they have the lugs for the chrome hub caps.

Was this point cleared up? If they're not to be used on a mini probably shouldn't be listed on here...

These can be used on a mini with the right nuts, They have done plenty of times in the past and plenty of cars now run them.
