Still have over heating problems now fitted a digital gauge getting 119 and warning light on what's the correct operating temp? New pump thermostat senders and radiator :( will it be engine rebuild

Have you set the timing? What sort of fan is fitted?

Timing done and tuned , multi blade smooth side on engine

Ignition retarded? Mixture weak? Either of these will cause overheating.

Have you got the correct radiator cap, is the bypass hose blocked. fan belt  adjusted correctly.

Is the the temp gauge getting the proper regulated voltage required for it? Is the thermostat working? Is all the air out of the engine block and cooling system?

At 119C I would expect the pressure cap to be blowing off.

 

Are you sure the gauge is reading correctly?

Ok guys it's a mixture of parts not talking to each other properly I've switched to matched didgital guage and sender and also thermal gun and temp is way lower and nomad 82 highest phew thanks for help
