Where can I get a set of seat covers for my SPI?  I have cloth seats now and would rather go with leather or vinyl.  Or am I better off replacing my seats with aftermarket?

I was quoted $1800 by a local shop to custom make seat covers. I've seen covers for mk1 and mk2 seats for a few hundred dollars, but nothing for spi seats.

I'd like to spend less than $1000 for seat covers.

Ah, you're in the states. In the uk you can usually get sets done for about £600 in vinyl.

Has anyone gotten seat covers from bruno_onaissi on ebay?

I'm tempted to go with these as they're less than half the price of newton covers, and they're the only custom covers I can find that can actually ship to the USA.

I ordered a full interior from him today.  He's pretty busy so it'll take a month or so, but I'll update this thread with pics when I get it.

His prices are very reasonable compared to quotes I got locally.

I finally got my seat covers installed this week.  They look pretty fantastic!

They came out nicely! Looks like I'll have to contact him for a custom set. Did you get the wheel arch covers as well?

I got seat covers, wheel arch covers, door cards, door pocket trim, e-brake boot and shift boot.  The seat covers I had professionally installed so that I wouldn't mess it up.  So far I'm really happy with the quality.

Rather than creating a new thread I'll ask my question here. Anyone got any experience with the covers from optimise automotive?
