Just thinking ahead here, not really ready for tyres just yet but was thinking of using kumho tyres for the 9 inch minilites on the rear of the mini namely the 235x45 just wondered what your thoughts are? The car won't be used on the track and would be a low mileage"weekend" fun vehicle. Open to suggestions for alternatives as well

Thanks for your reply do you know what size the Zzr is available in? The reason I was thinking of 235x45 was that this size had the closest profile to my fronts 175x50

AVON ZZR:

Tyre size    Service index    Rim choice  Measured at Diameter

185/55R13  83W XL              5.5 - 7.0 inch        530 mm

215/55R13  88W                    7.0 - 8.5 inch        559 mm

In fact the 215 is OK for 9inch rims.

The more important is the difference between front and rear diameter wheels.

Rears tyres must be more hight as front for good weight balance of car.
