Hey there's another old thread with this question but not many pics, rather than resurrecting it I thought I'd ask the question again:

I'm debating painting or wrapping my Mini. Painting will turn out real expensive for me. I'm interested in seeing some Minis that have been wrapped.

Has anyone had their Mini wrapped? If so can you post some pics?

Think it's best to paint as I'm a little sceptic to wrapping an old car ur always going to trap rust and moisture unless the body is completely rust free and rust free then sure. Wheeler dealers wrapped one in carbon fibre effect looked really good

Wheeler dealers wrapped one in carbon fibre effect looked really crap as fake carbon fibre is atrocious

Edited for accuracy ;)

Also that car rusted underneath the wrap a few years later.

On modern cars, wrapping is ace as the panels done have any seams etc but as above, minis will just attract moisture in the seams and rust from the inside out, underneath the wrap.  Some resprays cost less than a decent wrap as the vinyl used is specialised and costs a pretty penny as a result.  Full car you are looking at £2k+ for a decent quality wrap.
