Hi all as the title says I've got a problem with my speakers

I've checked all cables but still no luck, when I turn ignition off, or just the stero, there's a pop through all amp powered speakers.

What could be the problem?
And what other things should I check?

I've got two up front and a sub that's effected.

Noticed that the only thing that seems off are my rca cables are a bit worn. Would this cause this type of problem?

Thanks!

Where are the cables running? All together? Do you also have a good ground for the amp and headunit?

I've got the amp ground to the battery ground in the boot but I can't see where the stero is ground too. I've got two rca's and it's a 4 channel amp bridged for the sub.

Does the remote wire power the amps on and off from the headunit? I.e they switch on when the headunit is on?

Yup. It was all working fine untill I had to take it all out to get to the battery. Then after re-installing it it's not been right.
