A Couple Of C20Xe Conversion Questions

Hey All. I have recently traded in my mini sprite for a c20xe converted mayfair on AMT subframe, but I have a couple of questions to get the car show ready so all input is appreciated :)

 

1. It needs a new radiator as the car runs very hot. The current radiator core is only 25mm which doesn't seem to be enough but there are no details of which car this is from. Which radiators have you guys used? This one is quite wide and about 35cm tall with hoses attached to the back bottom passenger side, top drivers side. It also has plastic sides so going to upgrade to an ali one

 

2. Any other tips to help with cooling?

 

3. It currently has a fletcher straight through stainless exhaust so is extremely noisy, although I was told it passed the MOT with no issues. That in mind, which exhausts do you guys use? I'm thinking of getting a replacement perhaps with an additional silencer so it can be used as a daily, and then change back to the fletcher for track days. I guess the other option would be a silencer and a straight piece that I could change in and out for purpose?

on mine I used to run a metro hit radiator and have upgraded it now to a nova radiator. its also on Amt subframe and don't have any temp issues at the moment
