What is the forum's policy on posting a warning about very poor service from a trader registered as a user on TMF?

There's a section for reviews on this board. Just keep it factual

A trader registered as a user, or someone registered as a Trader?

Was the deal done through TMF?

Nearly all communication was done through TMF via PMs. (Two or three emails.)
Their profile lists them as in the Traders group.

I needed something. They offered. I paid a deposit. And it all went south from there.

I don't want to screw up someone's business, I know what it's like to be a sole trader and have problems, but I don't think I've been treated fairly, and googling latterly turned up other historic problems.

The team are more than happy to attempt to assist in trying to resolve the issues via PM

The product and services reviews section is where any reviews you want to make should be posted.

Naming and shaming is a last resort.

We are here to help with all trader issues and are more than willing to mediate between all parties.  Normally stuff like this can be easily resolved, no one is perfect and there are bad traders and bad buyers out there.

We can all have off days and I'd like to think the TMF team have a very good track record in dealing with these issues fairly and to the satisfaction of all concerned.

Without knowing the circumstances, I agree with Shifty. Please PM one of the TMF Team with the details so we can look into this and see what we can do to help you.
