They do Track Attack at keast once a month, but sometimes there is exhibitions on and promotions too... They can't really stop you from going on track with your Mini, but you might feel a bit out of place mixing it with Subaru's and Skylines etc... especially when they have a Jap car weekend...

 

Just got to remember that you WILL be overtaken - a lot - especially if, like mine, your Mini is basically standard.... all you do is drive at your own pace and don't race anyone as you will probably be involved in an accident... which no-one wants really..

Shall be going to the retrobeutes meet, went to the last one vs unphased on a week night in Chorley, The Mini got centre stage and a whole load of attention aha

I like the idea of this as it's local but look a bit chavy and full of drifters ?

Edit my mistake when you go on the page it shows pics of the event but also pics from 3sisters and it happens to be a drift event..

Yep I'll be there too... really looking forward to it...

 

Going up to our caravan to where its stored at Carbforth for the weekend, I'll driving my Mini following the missus in our Volvo and then driving down to Wigan for the meet then driving back again :)

 

Gonna be a good trip methinks...
