Has anyone ever made a twin or bi-turbo A-Series possibly on a 7 or 8 port (that's the only thing I could see it working on) before, even maybe a twincam K-series?
I could only ever see it working in a clubman and anything is possible nowadays, everyone knows a bloke with a tig welder and too much time on their hands
Twin Turbo?

Yeh but two, TWO! It's more that it's possible to rather than practical

You wouldn't benefit unless you were running a large CC and mega power. Otherwise its totally pointless and probably more restrictive.

A pair of early smart car petrol turbos would do the job, gt12 garrett type, the compresser maps look OK, they should spool up ok, and with a decent ecu should be quite a grin

The problem is small turbos are not very good and don't make much boost, once you get up above about a gt30 that's when you start to be able to make lots of boost.
The best way for dual charging is to use a big turbo blowing through a super charger. That way, you can make a 1.3 engine flow like a 2 litre, with the charger, then use a turbo sized for a 2 litre.

Dare I use the N word? I would imagine a 1293 with a GT1752/GT20 running N would be jolly quick.
