Im 400 quid in credit but im leaving it there. Winter hasnt really hit yet and they pay me 3% interest on the credit balance so thats better than my savings account.

Im just keeping away from sales and anything to spend money on. Walking the dog and enjoying my time off work.

Never come to Aberdeen then.  Double that and you'll be in the right ball park

Fortunately due to my shifts we only need child care 3 days a week.

If it was full time there'd be no point in the wife working

Ovo energy. Being with them 2 yrs now...always cheapest tarrif for us. I went with them because u do your own readings before they bill you. Now we have smart meters so our bills are spot on each month

How confusing

I'm just comparing OVO to my current provider.

OVO are cheaper for gas but more expensive for electricity

I think it sometimes depends where you are, but about 7/12 of us at work all have the same supplier.

ps. i dont go on the "greener" tariffs, and I choose the online account management (saves £60 / year) over the phone customer services. Never had to contact them, so good saving just for that.
