Great progress, door step repair seems quite daunting but you got stuck in!

Yes there is but you cant see it in pic the open end which you can see by flitch panel still needs some prior to fitting new panel :) once all the floors done ill be shultz spraying the whole underside to freshen it all up.

Tonight i finished up some loose ends on the sill and grinded welds back also a small repair to the drivers rear floor and the rear bottom quarter repaired and filled. Ive removed the front indicators and number plate ready for front removal. I also found the exhaust clamp from the y branch to single pipe wasnt even squeezing against the pipe and was smothered in silicone ??? Will be sorting this out.




My m8 poped by as i was welding he made a short video and has named it minion weldig a mini youll see why.

Little bit of snow but luckily it stopped. I managed to remove the front end clean all old metal off then prep and weld in the new panel. All done and a satisfying job :).

Im hoping shell will be all welded and shultzed by wednesday then key all the body ready for a few coats of new paint im keeping the green( not sure what yet) and changing the roof to black as i have black bonnet stripes to apply.

No pictures tonight as phone died but i managed to do inner and outer sill on passenger side a floor repair to the passenger floor pan and rear floor pan. Welding i have left is flitch on drivers side flitch on passenger side new a panels new closing panels on rear valence and a boot floor repair on the drivers side and small patch to drivers roof front corner. Then shultz the under side and wheel tubs then prep body for paint.

Tonight went well i welded a boot floor repair corner in and some holes where a rolll cage once was. I then cleaned and shultzed the drivers rear wheel tub ( i stopped as my gun needs cleaning out from last time) as it took forever to do one tub. Also painted the rear drums yellow. I then masked up one wheel and sprayed centre matt black. I think these will look great like this.
