Just had a look. Don't want to drill into roll cage. Will use toggle clips for the rear section though

Over-centres would have to stay over centre to hold. Can you not utilise the bolts that are already through the cage to attach some sort of bracket.  I'm envisaging rubber bushes and drop locks - like on a tailgate. Looks like there's already tie downs on the screen pillars.

Looks an awesome spread there mate, I'll have to track down a copy. The Photos look ace in that setting.

You'll just have to bring it to Aust mate.

Many thanks for the mention of the support of the forum and for singling some of us out :P , however, all the credit goes to you for thinking it up and bringing it together so well.

Good work and well done :proud:

I hope everyone is OK during this time. I'm definitely utilising my time. Have been messing about, a couple of hrs here couple of hrs there. Started on the roof. Using an old Landy roof, sheet ally, a loft hatch I had made to size and some green house louvres. Waiting for some 5mm ply to be delivered to finish off the louvres, being as I now can't pop to my local timber merchant. Still need to do the sides. Hopefully you can get the gist of it.

Looks great! I really like the rat look. I saw your ride in the Mini Magazine. Where did you buy the supercharger?

Great lock-down read from start to present day! Been most enjoyable binge reading over the last few days.

The global situation has allowed me to reinvigorate my own rebuild (Mini not a Moke) but while researching, came across your project. Great project undertaken with great ambitious approach.
