Just under from memory of previous posts. 0.8mm seems to ring a bell.

0.9mm, the same as the rest of the external panels.

I guess the old ones had thicker roof skins as I can`t pop the roof down when over ambitiously polishing my 1967 and 1972 but its fairly easy on the 1982 and 1990.
