Hi, I asked on my project page, but I haven't received any response. Maybe because of the time I post.
So, I have been good about keeping the shell straight and square.
When I mock up the panels, everything lines up: sills, heel board, toe board, tunnel, cross member, front and rear subframes. However, my floor dips forward toward the outside front on each side equally. I can push up and it gets close, but theater flange where the floor meets the sill pops outwards.
I am thinking it is a panel issue because the floors are spliced where the sells would be( no sills b/c its a 1960). The panels are M-machine and they do great work.
Possibly thinking I need cut some of the outer front portion to "shrink" the amount of metal in the area. Otherwise, I could use some suggestions....
