Hi, I asked on my project page, but I haven't received any response.  Maybe because of the time I post.

So, I have been good about keeping the shell straight and square.

When I mock up the panels, everything lines up: sills, heel board, toe board, tunnel, cross member, front and rear subframes.  However, my floor dips forward toward the outside front on each side equally.  I can push up and it gets close, but theater flange where the floor meets the sill pops outwards.

I am thinking it is a panel issue because the floors are spliced where the sells would be( no sills b/c its a 1960).  The panels are M-machine and they do great work.

Possibly thinking I need cut some of the outer front portion to "shrink" the amount of metal in the area.  Otherwise, I could use some suggestions....

this is what I am dealing with:

Hi, I am not an expert but I have done something similar to what you are doing.
Do you think the tunnel could have spread a bit at the front ? I have seen people tacking bridging angles along its length to stop it spreading before now. Just a thought. Pic nicked from Inmiad

well, I haven't got the tunnel in yet, it is tacked to the toe board, so the floor halves may be pushed out, but everything lines up otherwise.  After looking at your pic I think I'll tack the floor halves straight before welding in the tunnel.  Thanks.
