Up Into Fourth

I bought this lamp at a flee market today, was kind of out of place.
Saw it was a raydyot and thought it looked cool so bought it.
Thought it would suit the the interior of my mini. Before I do that, I wonder if any one has any info on it. I have googled but could find it.
There are no real model numbers on it except the lens number.

Numbers under the E mark are?
And any other info on the glass?
8131 under the E mark and HR above it
