Hi,

I am wanting to change the standard push switches on the dash into toggle switches.

As you can see from the picture there is a gap about 5mm and the connections on the back are wrong. I was wondering if anyone had found any which is a simple fix or has any ideas which would work.

Thank you in advance

Max

Ofcourse in your opinion

But correctly rated switches and plug and play wiring conversion, allows any mini owner to be able to change to toggle switches without any modification or damage to the wiring loom. Also consider the hazard switch rewiring, most people will not be able to work out the wiring for that.

So yeah you might be able to buy single toggle switches for a couple of quid, but the product is more than the switches.

The OP asked for a simple fix therefore a plug and play kit is about as simple as it can get.

When I did this, I thought I did the hazards with a dual pole switch. Is that not enough, or did I add a relay too?

May I ask if you have handled one of my kits?
With the custom engraved mounting panels, correct rated switch gear, colour coded wiring and terminals that fit directly into the standard plugs which prevent the original wiring being "butchered" and joined using inadequate crimp tubes teminals? Slim line hazard wiring solution?

Guess not.

As for the OP - I am more than happy to help with a direct wiring kit if you already have the switches and mounting solution.
Just send me a pm and we will sort something out without fuss.

To many people don't want to pay for a quality product, then complain when a 'cheapo' one fails after a short time.

Buy cheap, buy twice.

It is exactly the same with engine building. Too many people ask 'how cheaply can you build me an engine?', rather than asking 'how much to build a reliable and powerful engine?'.

You get what you pay for and from what I've heard stuff from W by W is excellent and good value for money.

Im not saying that the product is crap or will fail because cheap parts have been used, what Im saying is I think the products are a bit expensive...

I've never handled any kits made by W by W much the same as I haven't driven a Rolls Royce, Im sure they feel fantastic and are ultra reliable, but aren't cheap.....

I agree, you do get what you pay for, but I won't pay the price for the W by W products....
