Popped in for dog food (best price anywhere for that too) came away with these little clamps ideal for pegging my dust sheets when spraying instead of ruining them with masking tape, 75p each and really strong.

Also I've been looking for a small chisel for removing spot weld remains.

They had loads of other handy things too, bluecol antifreeze £2.50.

Pete, how much is the dog food? Costco were the cheapest I could find and then Lidl, made by the same company just different packaging.

Clamps look nice too.

Our dogs have the nature diet trays, they are 80p in Wilko. They had a chewy turtle each too :-D

I thought they had really down down in quality a year or two ago, but called in recently and saw they had revamped their hardware section.

load of good stuff like pick n mix bolts etc which are great for little projects as well as all the D.I.Y. stuff around the house and all at much more reasonable prices than B&Q so on.

Was pleasantly surprised

Yes they've had a bit of a revamp haven't they, even their own brand wd40 etc with silly names seam ok to me, I've even got one of the battery chargers after mine was leant and not returned. The tools and decorating stuff are fine for the typical use and abuse before throwing away I often do.

Long live Wilkos! :)
